Privacy notice

What we do with the details you send us, in plain terms. If anything here is not clear, call 07936 328542 and ask.

Who we are: Pro Fencing, a fencing and landscaping business based in Colne, Lancashire. You can reach us on 07936 328542 or at profencing23@gmail.com.

What the quote form collects, and why: your first and last name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, the service you need, the property type, when you would like the work done, and anything you write in the message box. We collect it for one reason: to reply to your enquiry and give you a quote. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

Where it goes: the details are stored in our enquiry database and sent to us by email so we see them straight away. The form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam, which may look at your browser and IP address for that check only.

How long we keep it: as long as it is useful, which usually means while we are quoting, doing the work, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us about the same job. If you would rather we deleted it sooner, ask and we will.

Analytics: this site uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see when someone taps the phone number, the email address, the WhatsApp button or sends the quote form. Google sets cookies to do this. You can turn analytics off or back on at any time with the Change cookie preferences button on this page; once off, no analytics are sent from your browser.

Your rights: you can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by phone or email using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

You can change your analytics cookie choice at any time, and it applies straight away.
